1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
β Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item, variant, or scent)
π IMPORTANT:
For any damage or error claims, a video proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Refunds are not provided for used items or unauthorized returns.
3. Replacements (No Exchanges)
We only offer replacements (not exchanges) for:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If your replacement request is approved:
The replacement product will be delivered within 5β7 business days after approval
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if they have not been processed or shipped.
